Step into the transformative embrace of a Sound Bath, where every note becomes a river of rejuvenation for your senses. It's not just listening; it's a journey, an immersion into a symphony of healing vibrations meticulously crafted to guide you into a state of profound serenity.

The experience begins with each person lying down or seated comfortably, often accompanied by a blanket and an eye mask for added relaxation. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, a succession of different sounds and frequencies fills the remainder of the experience. These sounds are produced by a variety of instruments that emit overtones, including Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes from France, Pala Seed Chimes, African Heartwood Rain Sticks, Artisan Rattles, Ukrainian Chimes, Ocean Wave Drum and Tuning Forks.

As you immerse yourself in a Sound Bath and direct your attention to listening, you enable your brain waves to slow down, transitioning from a more active state to a state of deep relaxation, or even into a dreamlike state.

The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath serve as an invitation to delve into a deeper level of consciousness, offering an opportunity to detach from external stimuli and gain insight into one's inner world. The ultimate aim of the experience is to facilitate profound rest and relaxation, as well as to foster self-inquiry and self-discovery.
